Faith: Endure to the Beginning…

Where does faith really begin?

S) You will want to read Matthew 27: 35-44 to get the full picture for today. In verses 41-42 the chief priests, scribes & elders mocked Jesus “He saved others, but Himself he cannot.” In verse 43 they said He trusted God, let God deliver Him now. Then in verse 44 it says that “even the robbers being crucified with Him reviled Him with the same thing”

F) Having faith in God’s plan needs to remain all the way through the end. Sometimes remaining faithful until the end can be the point where everything starts to make sense. Have faith through all the human words, have faith through all the mocking, and have faith through the times when those who are in the “same boat” as you still try to build themselves up against you. Faith endures to the beginning of God’s glory and your victory!

P) Pray to endure to the beginning of God’s Glory and the victory over the situation(s), over the victory of doubt, fear, confusion, frustration. Then pray again when you see it happen because God will continue to work on you until His return. (Philippians 1: 6)

The title of this Journaling was one that I did not get until the last sentence of the faith section, which happens often when I title them. However, as I was writing this one down I did not get the point of it until that moment. What I found out then, that God already knew, is that the end, the spot we are all praying up to is only the beginning for Him. Christ dying on the cross was not the end.

Your faith in God needs to remain until you see the thing He is having you go after show up. Then continue to have faith. After remaining faithful, your faith can be stronger knowing that regardless of how things looked, God came through. The next time you are being faithful in God and cannot see how this will end good for you, remember it’s for His Glory and Jesus’s crucifixion was not good for His flesh either, but, what followed is!
